Location and timing

We will be revisiting our investigations at Cowra Street, Mile End.
Investigations works are expected to begin week commencing Monday 4 September for approximately 2 weeks and will be carried out between 7am and 6pm.
In the event that these works need to be rescheduled due to weather conditions or other circumstances outside of our control, we will update this notification.

Traffic restrictions

  • A portion of Cowra Street will be closed 24/7 for the duration of the works.
  • Temporary traffic and speed restrictions will apply in the vicinity of the works.
  • Local access will be maintained via a detour to Lurline Street or Tarragon Street.
  • Signage will be in place to alert road users to the changes in traffic conditions. Road users are advised to take care when travelling through the area.
  • Driveway access at locations adjacent to the works will be maintained for the duration.

What to expect

During works you may notice additional ground and traffic management personnel and equipment within the area. Some disturbances can be expected such as noise, dust and vibration.
