Location and timing

Night works will begin in your area commencing from Sunday, 30 July for approximately two weeks. These works will be carried out at the following locations:

  • The Crescent, St Marys
  • Brookman Avenue, St Marys
  • Tonsley Boulevard, Tonsley
  • South Road, Darlington

Night works will be undertaken between 7pm and 6am.  We're working at night to minimise impacts on traffic and to ensure the safety of our workers.  In the event these works need to be rescheduled due to weather conditions or other circumstances outside of our control, we will update this notification.

Traffic restrictions

  • Temporary traffic and speed restrictions will apply in the vicinity of the works.
  • Signage will be in place to alert road users to the changes in traffic conditions. Road users are advised to take care when travelling through the area.
  • Short-term lane and footpath closures will be required to complete this work.

What to expect

During works, you may notice additional ground and traffic management personnel and equipment within the area. As part of the surveying works, you may notice different symbols painted onto the footpaths and roadways.
