Ground Investigations - William Street, Mile End South
Location and timing
We will be carrying out investigations at William Street, Mile End South.
Site 1 works will begin the week commencing Monday 23 January for approximately 3 days.
Site 2 works will begin after Site 1 works are completed, for approximately 3 days and will be carried out between 7am and 6pm, weather permitting.
Traffic restrictions
- William Street will be closed for the duration of the works.
- Temporary traffic and speed restrictions will apply in the vicinity of the works.
- Local access will be maintained via detours to South Road or Rosslyn Street.
- Signage will be in place to alert road users to the changes in traffic conditions. Road users are advised to take care when travelling through the area.
- Driveway access at locations adjacent to the works will be maintained for the duration.
What to expect
During works you may notice additional ground and traffic management personnel and equipment within the area. Some disturbances can be expected such as noise, dust and vibration.
