Location and timing

We will be carrying out night works investigations at Grange Road, Welland.
Investigation works involving drilling, are expected to be carried out for approximately 1 night between 7pm and 6am during the week of Monday 29 January.
Prior to the scheduled date, our team will attend the works location for approximately 1-2 hours to select an appropriate location for the borehole drilling exercise. The road may be closed briefly to accommodate this activity.

Please note works are weather dependent and scheduling may be subject to change.

Traffic restrictions

  • Grange Road will be reduced to one lane on both sides of the road near the corner of Frederick Street for the duration of the works.
  • Temporary traffic and speed restrictions will apply in the vicinity of the works.
  • Signage will be in place to alert road users to the changes in traffic conditions. Road users are advised to take care when travelling through the area.
  • Driveway access at locations adjacent to the works will be maintained for the duration.

What to expect

During works you may notice additional ground and traffic management personnel and equipment within the area. Some disturbances can be expected such as noise, dust and vibration.
